AA\/ Washington<\/p>\n

Le D\u00e9partement d\u2019Etat am\u00e9ricain s\u2019est abstenu de classer le PYD et sa branche arm\u00e9e, le YPG, parmi les organisations terroristes, dans son rapport annuel 2015.<\/p>\n

Le D\u00e9partement d\u2019Etat a consid\u00e9r\u00e9, dans son rapport annuel 2015 dont Anadolu a eu copie, que les deux organisations sont des \u00ab\u00a0partenaires actifs dans les op\u00e9rations militaires en Syrie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Cependant, le rapport a maintenu le PKK dans la cat\u00e9gorie des \u00ab\u00a0principales\u00a0\u00bb organisations terroristes en Turquie, qualifiant\u00a0\u00e9galement le DHKP\/C [extr\u00eame-gauche], et les \u00ab\u00a0Faucons de la libert\u00e9 du Kurdistan\u00a0\u00bb de \u00ab\u00a0menaces pour les int\u00e9r\u00eats de Washington et d\u2019Ankara\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

L’organisation des \u00ab\u00a0faucons\u00a0\u00bb avait revendiqu\u00e9 deux attentats \u00e0 Ankara le 17 f\u00e9vrier et le 13 mars derniers qui avaient fait des dizaines de morts et de bless\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0La Turquie est un partenaire des \u00c9tats-Unis dans la lutte contre le terrorisme depuis une longue p\u00e9riode\u00a0\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le rapport, soulignant que Washington a continu\u00e9 en 2015 d\u2019apporter son aide \u00e0 Ankara dans la lutte contre la menace du PKK\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le d\u00e9partement d’Etat am\u00e9ricain publie chaque ann\u00e9e un rapport sur la situation du terrorisme et des groupes arm\u00e9s dans diverses parties du monde. Le document est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Congr\u00e8s, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi am\u00e9ricaine, pour l\u2019informer sur la position des Etats-Unis sur les menaces repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par les groupes extr\u00e9mistes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
