Le moteur du v\u00e9hicule de 3,5 tonnes en question aurait cass\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une fuite d\u2019huile. La cause de la fuite n\u2019a pu \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le concessionnaire gantois qui n\u2019a eu cesse, au bout d\u2019un certain moment, d\u2019envoyer la balle dans le camp de la maison m\u00e8re Fiat Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le v\u00e9hicule achet\u00e9 neuf n\u2019avait pourtant aucune raison d\u2019accuser une telle panne hormis le fait d\u2019\u00eatre mis sur le march\u00e9 avec un d\u00e9faut de fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant Kurtulus Ozturk qui est un professionnel de la route et qui poss\u00e8de une flotte de plus de 10 v\u00e9hicules, a d\u00e9tect\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me tr\u00e8s vite. Le v\u00e9hicule a \u00e9t\u00e9 emmen\u00e9 plus de 3 fois au garage du concessionnaire qui ont ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 des changements qui se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s insuffisants pour un v\u00e9hicule-outil de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Au bout de la troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9paration, l\u2019enseigne gantoise renvoie la balle \u00e0 son repr\u00e9sentant de Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p>Or, toutes les pr\u00e9cautions de la part du client ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entreprises pour \u00e9viter le pire mais malgr\u00e9 les rafistolages du garage, le moteur a, malgr\u00e9 tout, rendu l\u2019\u00e2me.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les dires d\u2019Ozturk, le v\u00e9hicule, pourtant sous garantie, ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9 et un camion de remplacement ne peut \u00eatre fourni dans les conditions voulues\u00a0; pourtant le contrat initial avec le concessionnaire stipule bien qu\u2019il a le droit un v\u00e9hicule de remplacement du m\u00eame genre en cas de probl\u00e8me tout au long de la p\u00e9riode de mise sous garantie du camion.<\/p>\n<p>Pour finir, Kurtulus Ozturk, qui loue un autre camion \u00e0 ses frais pour \u00e9viter la perte \u00e9conomique inh\u00e9rente \u00e0 cette contrainte, porte l\u2019affaire en justice pour r\u00e9clamer son d\u00fb.<\/p>\n<p>Erkan Ozdemir \/ La Manchette<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kurtulus Ozturk, g\u00e9rant d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de transport Eda-Trans, s\u2019est plaint d\u2019un manque de discernement de la part de la grosse<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[2510,2508,2507,2509],"class_list":["post-2657","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-belgique","tag-client-lese","tag-fiat-bruxelles","tag-fiat-gand","tag-kurtulus-ozturk"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
