Outre les politiques volontaristes et ambitieuses en mati\u00e8re de climat,\u00a0\u00a0il lui semble essentiel de consid\u00e9rer d\u00e9sormais la gestion de la crise climatique comme une donne \u00e0 int\u00e9grer structurellement.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"field--news-intro clearfix text-formatted field field--name-field-news-intro field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item\">\n<p>La ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9rale du Climat propose de cr\u00e9er un organe de coordination pour l\u2019analyse et l\u2019\u00e9valuation du risque li\u00e9 \u00e0 la crise climatique. A l&rsquo;image de l\u2019OCAM (pour la menace terroriste et extr\u00e9miste), cet organe serait un centre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de connaissances et d\u2019expertise pluridisciplinaire. Il rel\u00e8verait de la tutelle de la\/du ministre du Climat et de l\u2019Environnement. Il ex\u00e9cuterait ses missions en toute ind\u00e9pendance, garantissant par cons\u00e9quent des \u00e9valuations de risques et des recommandations neutres et objectives. L\u2019organe rendrait compte au Conseil national de s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u0301 auquel serait d\u00e9sormais convi\u00e9.e la\/le ministre du Climat et de l\u2019Environnement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field--paragraphs\">\n<section class=\"paragraph paragraph--text-with-image paragraph--image-align-left paragraph--text-with-image--image-align-left width--full background--default text-color--normal text-background--default border--default title-align--left text-align--left\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"layout paragraph__layout\">\n<div class=\"paragraph__content-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"paragraph__content\">\n<div class=\"field--body clearfix text-formatted field field--name-field-body field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item\">\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019objectif est de permettre \u00e0 la Belgique de disposer \u00e0 tout moment, en ce qui concerne le changement climatique &#8211; et par extension l\u2019ensemble des limites plan\u00e9taires \u2013, d\u2019une analyse appropri\u00e9e et actualis\u00e9e des risques sur la base d\u2019une \u00e9valuation de l\u2019enjeu et des vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s. Ceci afin de formuler des recommandations en termes de mitigation, d\u2019adaptation et de pertes et pr\u00e9judices en vue d\u2019adapter la politique climatique et de renforcer la gouvernance climatique en cons\u00e9quence pour augmenter notre r\u00e9silience.
