Une r\u00e9action poignante prononc\u00e9e par un membre des bancs de l\u2019opposition de la commune en question.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 720px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-9190-1\" width=\"720\" height=\"1280\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lamanchette.be\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/video-1517768594.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lamanchette.be\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/video-1517768594.mp4\">http:\/\/www.lamanchette.be\/main\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/video-1517768594.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Abobakre, membre actif en politique depuis quelques l\u00e9gislatures d\u00e9j\u00e0, a \u00e9mu lors du dernier conseil communal ce 31 janvier 2018.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, celui-ci a utilis\u00e9, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame \u00e0 son insu, de la rh\u00e9torique d\u2019Aristote\u00a0; Ethos, Pathos et Logos.<\/p>\n<p>Il fallait convaincre et tr\u00e8s vite m\u00eame si dans une logique plus qu\u2019implacable, le bourgmestre de Schaerbeek devait faire ce pas de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Peu importe les motifs qui ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre cette d\u00e9cision improbable, le coup de botte en touche \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 clairement dessin\u00e9 chez Clerfayt en pleine p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9-\u00e9lectorale. L\u2019enjeu est important \u00e9videmment, le vote communautaire allait prendre du plomb dans l\u2019aile.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, les motifs plus que farfelus\u00a0d\u2019une autonomie voulue par l\u2019intercommunale qui g\u00e8re l\u2019administration du cimeti\u00e8re sont inaudibles par les citoyens. Pourquoi\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est tr\u00e8s simple, la dignit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la mort est une obligation l\u00e9gale g\u00e9r\u00e9e par la commune qui a plein pouvoir sur un cimeti\u00e8re. A partir de ce postulat, les administr\u00e9s intercommunaux se fichent pas mal des consid\u00e9rations subtiles quant \u00e0 la gestion administrative ou qu\u2019Est-ce encore.<\/p>\n<p>Pour avoir visit\u00e9 le cimeti\u00e8re en cible ce week-end, j\u2019ai plusieurs constations afin de dresser ce tableau de d\u00e9solation. Malgr\u00e9 le fait de ne pas trop avoir envie de rentrer dans le d\u00e9gainement souvent trop facile de la carte de la x\u00e9nophobie ou encore de la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation, je voudrais juste inventorier de mani\u00e8re objective les faits.<\/p>\n<p>La parcelle multiconfessionnelle se trouve en fin de parcours du cimeti\u00e8re. La chauss\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la circulation routi\u00e8re du dernier tron\u00e7on multiconfessionnel est compl\u00e8tement divis\u00e9e par ce grillage.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esp\u00e8ce de treillage inesth\u00e9tique emp\u00eache donc la circulation des v\u00e9hicules et r\u00e9duit donc la chauss\u00e9e \u00e0 une seule bande routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le sentier utilis\u00e9 par les pi\u00e9tons constitue d\u00e9sormais une bande de circulation improvis\u00e9e quand deux voitures se rencontrent. Inutile de relater le danger provoqu\u00e9 par cette r\u00e9duction de chauss\u00e9e pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des pi\u00e9tons qui n\u2019ont aucune indication quant \u00e0 un quelconque trottoir, inexistant par ailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la parcelle multiconfessionnelle est d\u00e9cal\u00e9 de quelques 200 m\u00e8tres pour\u00a0atteindre enfin une entr\u00e9e principale tout aussi improvis\u00e9e que la bande de circulation. Les portes d\u2019entr\u00e9e, dans la continuit\u00e9 du grillage, privatisent la parcelle de mani\u00e8re clairement in\u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, aucun acc\u00e8s n\u2019est d\u00e9di\u00e9 au carr\u00e9 multiconfessionnel par une entr\u00e9e d\u00e9dicac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour en revenir \u00e0 l\u2019intervention pr\u00e9vue d\u2019Abobakre mais\u00a0rentr\u00e9e en derni\u00e8re minute, je voulais mettre\u00a0sa r\u00e9flexion intellectuelle en avant.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le lot de toutes les actions disparates qui se sont soulev\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019unisson contre ce mur de la \u00ab\u00a0honte\u00a0\u00bb, une vid\u00e9o de cette s\u00e9quence est disponible sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux au sujet de son d\u00e9sarroi face au bourgmestre et son acolyte initiateur de ce projet, l&rsquo;\u00e9chevin Bernard Guillaume.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019Ethos\u00a0\u00bb est le moyen de persuasion qui r\u00e9sulte de la personnalit\u00e9 de l\u2019orateur. Il \u00e9tait un fait certain qu&rsquo;Abobakre \u00e9tait une autorit\u00e9 incontest\u00e9e sur le sujet d\u00e9fendu par rapport \u00e0 ses \u00ab\u00a0convictions religieuses\u00a0\u00bb qu&rsquo;il e\u00fbt mis en avant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pathos\u00a0\u00bb est le moyen \u00e9motionnel auquel Abobakre a fait appel dans le cadre de son plaidoyer. Les auditeurs, attach\u00e9s aux l\u00e8vres de l\u2019interpellant, \u00e9taient litt\u00e9ralement hypnotis\u00e9s par son d\u00e9veloppement. Par ailleurs, les valeurs, les croyances et les id\u00e9es de l\u2019orateur sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019histoire et absorb\u00e9es par l\u2019auditoire \u00e0 travers l\u2019imaginaire de la narration.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Logos\u00a0\u00bb est le moyen de persuasion par le raisonnement. La clart\u00e9 du message, la logique du raisonnement \u00e9taient irr\u00e9futables. La projection de son propre enterrement dans la parcelle multiconfessionnelle est un argument sans faille qui a poursuit sa logique dans le cadre de sa th\u00e8se.<\/p>\n<p>Pour finir, la d\u00e9barricade de cette partie du cimeti\u00e8re \u00e9tait une \u00e9vidence mais le co\u00fbt de cet acte odieusement irr\u00e9fl\u00e9chi se fera malheureusement ressentir au niveau des poches
